Nicely located in a good part of the city. Safe to walk out at night with plenty of restaurants nearby. Uber to historic centre approx £4. First room had a leaking ceiling in bathroom so allocated a different bigger room M01. Room was a decent size with plenty of open plans storage. Bed and pillows were ok. Good sized bathroom with a good rain shower. However, only one water glass, one cup/sachet of coffee for drip coffee for a 2 person room. No hooks anywhere to hang anything. Very dimly lit. No room tissues. No instructions how to use safe. Breakfast so so. A few choices but limited to one plated food item and 2 drinks per person. Hotel was a classic case of design over substance.

We only stayed there for one night but we will definitely be back. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a perfect walkable location. The staff were so kind and helpful. We highly recommend Hotel Coco.

We stayed here twice during our visit to Colombia - three days at the beginning and two days at the end. Both trips were good and we would definitely stay here again. The Good bits - very safe area, walking distance to loads of great restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Quirky modern building with nice room. Amazing rainfall shower. Good breakfast. The Not-so Good bits - sound insulation between the rooms isn't great and you can clearly hear your neighbors talking and their TV through the walls - could be improved. Other than that, it was all good. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we ever return to Bogota.

I absolutely loved this hotel. I did get a Superior room, which was spacious and clean and had a really nice shower. The included breakfast was fast and also really fresh and tasty, and good coffee. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and all greeted me any time I came in or left the hotel. I also appreciated many restaurants and coffee shops within a minute or 2 walking distance. If I ever come back to Bogota, I’ll immediately book here again.

I ran out of toilet paper. They just give you one. I had to come downstairs at midnight for it because they don’t answer your messages in a timely manner. I ordered food and I asked them when ordering my food to bring me ketchup for my potatoes and they didn’t bring it. When I texted them asking for it, they said those potatoes don’t come with it. Like really. Rude.

Even though the room is small it is well designed. On the other hand, the bathroom could be improved, it is made all in black stone tiles and it gives the idea that it is not as clean as the rest of the room

Something of a hidden treasure, which isn't overly corporate, but it is wholly professional nonetheless. Its location within Chapinero is magical, and the immediate locality is a combination of residential apartments and al fresco eateries, with a slight Mediterranean vibe. The staff are exceptionally well mannered, friendly and trustworthy, and the rooms are moderately spacious, more than I expected, and clean. My own room came with a large screen TV, a fridge, various snacks and drinks to be paid for upon departure if used, a safe, and free wifi which drew speeds of between 30-70 mbps. Walking around the immediate area felt completely safe, and the police presence was distinct, certainly towards the 24/7 pharmacy which may have been something of a meeting point The Andino shopping mall can be reached on foot or by taxi, and easily competes with some of the variety in London, so it's a very practical option for those who are experiencing Colombia for the first time I really loved it, and I felt a little bit sad when I was going, but that's a testament to what the hotel really provides. The only point I would flag is that vehicular noise was a bit of an issue on the first evening, until I realised that one of the windows had been left open, so do check for that upon arrival. But very impressive, and strongly recommended in the main. They've put a great hotel together....
