The rooms are a good size, and very clean. The staff were nice and always willing to help out with local knowledge and very helpful with directions. Breakfast was fresh fruit along with eggs cooked to your liking- worth the $3 per day. The area is safe, and far enough that you aren’t in the hussle and bussel of zona rosa but still close enough that it’s a short walk. However on fridays and Saturdays you can hear music from a club that is behind the hotel on another street. Its not too loud that you can’t sleep but if you are a light sleeper, i would suggest a pair of ear plugs.

This place is nothing like the pics and I mean not even remotely close. The service is horrible and rooms are nasty. It looks and acts like a rundown hotel. I travel in Colombia a lot. This is the worst I've seen.

Everything was great. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful navigating Bogota. The hotel has a unique charm. It combine modern amenities with more cultured appeal. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a unique experience that adds memories to any vacation.

Hotel is perfectly located in the center, walking distance to everything. The rooms are nice however the beds a little too firm for my liking. Its very economic and the location is the best. I stay here every year i visit.

Great Value and Spacious

I booked a suite for my stay. There were 3 of us. They had already provided and set up a roll-away bed in addition to the two doubles in the bedroom before I had to ask which was nice. The rooms were spacious and definitely larger than expected given the price. In terms of value for money there are no complaints as the rooms are large and deliver more space than expected though being a little dated. This being the only small shortfall, as the dated decor may not be to everyone's taste. The rooms were reasonably basic however very clean. The staff were friendly although in my experience conversation is limited to Spanish only, however this was expected. I would stay here again if in Bogota.

Clean, outdated and a bit noisy

Spent only one night. Decent enough location though it's on a sketchy alley and feels a bit dodgy at night. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean, soft bed and sheets but small and outdated. No AC and my window opened into a janitor closet. Requested to be moved elsewhere which they were able to do but, again, not a proper window. It was also very noisy in the sense that you hear everything your neighbors are doing as well as in the hallway. Good enough for 1 night I suppose but I would consider it a 2 star.
