El espacio
La casa tiene una capacidad para alojar cómodamente 15 personas en sus 6 habitaciones. Cuenta con hermosos jardines muy bien mantenidos, lago, terrazas, varias zonas sociales cada una con chimenea y un ambiente encantador donde cada detalle ha sido pensado para ser disfrutado plenamente.

Otros aspectos a destacar
➜Las empleadas domésticas son obligatorias y tienen un costo de $100,000 COP (26USD) por día trabajado por empleada. Habrá dos empleadas durante tú estancia. Ellas se encargarán de limpiar, cocinar (desayuno y almuerzo), arreglar las habitaciones, etc. En Colombia es costumbre compartir la comida con ellas.

Ten en cuenta que la tarifa de limpieza de VRBO y la tarifa del servicio de empleadas domésticas son separadas y diferentes. La pequeña tarifa de limpieza cobrada a través de VRBO cubre la preparación de la casa antes de tu llegada y la limpieza después de tu partida. El costo del servicio de las empleadas domésticas cubre su trabajo y atención durante tu estancia y deberás pagarlo directamente a ellas antes del check-out, lo aprecian mucho.

Dependiendo de nuestro calendario de reservas, podemos ser flexibles en cuanto a los horarios de check-in/out, pero si tenemos que preparar la casa para próximos huéspedes, el horario de check-out se cumple estrictamente. Los check-outs tardíos y no autorizados se considerarán una noche extra y se cobrarán en consecuencia.
