The best service and super cozy.

Pedro and Anna were exceptional staff members and they took care of me to the best of their ability which was beyond most top hotels. It was perfectly situated and had many options available for food and entertainment and very safe. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The hotel itself was very cozy and the breakfast was amazing.

We liked our stay very much. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights for our first round Then went on another trip and came back for 2 more nights. They were able to keep part of our luggage safely and reassign us the same room. The only thing that could have been better was that the hot water took a long time to reach the higher floors when showering early in the morning. Not at all a big deal though.

An incredible experience in comfort. The location in northern Bogotá makes the experience even more complete, because of convenience to reach to important business centers, hospitals, shopping malls and some of the best restaurants in Bogotá. I was born in Bogotá, and have to say this hotel is one of the highlights of this vibrant city.
