The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to room service, particularly the quality and value of the food. I understand that hotel room service is often priced at a premium, but the food should at least meet a reasonable standard. I ordered two burgers—one chicken and one beef. The chicken burger was priced at over 50,000 pesos and the beef burger at over 60,000 pesos. Unfortunately, both were made with very low-quality ingredients and did not reflect the price charged. The presentation was poor, and the food was so disappointing that I could not finish it. Replenishing of bar items was not constant on a daily basis. More products should be available and more options of drinks such as sugar free sodas. Cleaning crews should be better trained to not speak loud or on the phone in the corridors at early hours in the morning, as doors are not sound proof and it feels like they are in the room. Awesome treatment by Adriana at restaurant, she should be training the front desk staff how to feel really appreciated and extremely welcome every moment

They gave us a room that was fine but 2 days later they changed us to the room that we really wanted. Katrina at the front desk was really helpful, always helping us and checking if we were ok. The price for the rooms is great. The staff in general is very professional.

One of the ladies working the front desk is openly rude and has no business working in customer service. There was constant construction, painting, carpentry work taking place during our stay, halls smelled of strong chemicals. Gym was out of service for the majority of our stay. Once asked if I could use the sauna, first person immediately said no. They said it was under repair. Then while in the gym, I asked when the sauna would be finished with maintenance, they staff member said the sauna was working just fine and wasn't sure why I was told this. They turned it on for me. Then the next day, told by another staff member that I could not use the sauna. On a different topic, we wanted to order of scrambled eggs for take-away. We asked if we would be charged the full price for the buffett, and if so that we would eat elsewhere. They said no, that it was not an issue, and boxed up a small portion of scrambled eggs. At check-out we were charged 100,000 pesos (~USD $25) for a side of eggs. I asked if they could check with the restaurant. They said no and that it wouldn't matter what the restaurant said regarding the matter. General attitude of the front desk was unhelpful and annoyed. There was one lady at the front desk that was lovely, but can't recall her name. The cleaning and other staff were very nice.

The rooms are good, overall is a good hotel, the price is also good. Their restaurant food could be better. Their staff service is really good, especially Adriana at the restaurant. This was 4th stay in this hotel, and I will definitely come back.
