The worst Novotel I have stayed at. Stayed at several different Novotels around the world. The people working were very good. But direction and or lack of training from management really showed through out this property.

House keeping hit and miss. No water or coffee re fills. Hair dryer was missing from its permanent spot. Had the do not disturb sign out so house cleaning decided to phone us to check if we wanted it cleaned. Breakfast was very basic but the coffee was great. One elevator broke down the whole time. So one small elevator serving the whole hotel. Kevin at the front desk was wonderful. Helpful on anything we needed. 5 stars for Kevin.
