Lacking

bad experience because they're lacking... To be clear these are furnished apartments In a residential building. The room itself was fine, good beds, clean etc. However everything around it was terrible. 1. Communication they didn't pre send me the check in instructions so I wasn't cleared to enter the apartment, the doorman had no clue and after calling a Mexican number i was contacted by a colleague, the entire process lasted more than 30 minutes on top of an already exhausting flight, unnecessary, just send the instructions when confirming. 2. There was no soap, one dispenser was broken, the other one nearly empty, had to wash my body with shampoo, since there is no front desk no quick solution. 3. Wifi wasn't working, they wanted to send someone over but couldn't confirm how long it would take.
