The room was beautiful with a nice terrace with a great view. The staff very good. The restaurant upstairs is fun, but a bit noisy when your room is on the floor below.

The video of the room we booked on the hotels website was nothing like the room we assigned. As a matter of fact the room depicted in the video doesn’t even exist as the concierge admitted to us, It’s a compilation of the presidential suite and the room in the category we booked. When we requested a change to the type of room we booked the staff pushed back hard. The linens were not even close to the standards to a five star hotel. In fact, the pillows were effectively decorative pillows and very uncomfortable. The hotel faces onto one of the main squares where buskers sing, and play the saxophone with an amplifier until the late hours of the night and the café at the entrance of the hotel plays the radio until 2 AM. Complaints must be common because we asked for earplugs, and the concierge immediately offered us a pair from a huge box. The main square is illuminated with bright white industrial lights that are difficult to block out.

Amazing stay in Bogotá

This hotel is in amazing condition. Loved the bathroom layout and amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The service was also above and beyond from all the staff members. We stayed for 4 nights during Christmas time and I would highly recommend it for any type of traveler.
