Liked: Room comfort

Some Very Key Weak Spots Need Attention

CONS: - Did not inform us of water outage the night of arrival - No information provided in apartment for visitors, such as nearby grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation, shops. - Far from sights for short-term tourist visit - Kitchen lacks basic necessities (colander, storage containers, larger bowls, microwavable cookware, sharp knives, vegetable peeler) - Stool screws fell out - Window latches broken - No one from management company came out to fix broken items as I was told - Bathroom window hard to close - Rain comes through vents onto kitchen floor - Terrace floods, making it unusable - Mosquitoes and small flies get into apartment - 61f degree low temp in apartment (mostly average in the mid-60's), making it chilly - Dirty couch - Extremely small bathroom and bathroom sink - Water not hot enough for shower - average temp 38c (should be 48c). Temp would fluctuate during shower from cool to warm. - Shower water pressure extremely low - Management company (according to owners) prohibited us from booking for more than 28 nights. Needed 33. They wanted to increase charge. PROS - Decent average rate for 28 day stay - Large size apartment - Good location for long-term renting - One smart TV in living room - Basic appliances in kitchen - Washer and dryer combo - Closet space in bedroom - Shelf space in bath - Great security - Owners seemed nice - brought portable heater - Rental Lobby allowed us a late checkout - Communication 80% good with management
