Big beautiful modern room completely remodeled on a high floor with a city view! Clean, friendly hotel with delicious breakfast! Note! No airconditioning in the room! They just laugh if you ask about it as in Bogota it never gets hot enough for air conditioning. Windows do open if it's too hot for you.

This hotel is a good cost-quality deal. The suites are large, clean but old. The shower door was broken, the shower did not drain fast, and they have no intermediary curtains, so you need to live in the dark if you want privacy from the large windows. The staff is very gentle and ready to provide service. The breakfast was very standard as you can expect from any included breakfast.

Not a 5 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. Old, rundown and felt insecure. There is no central air in this hotel. I left the same night I checked in and moved to an actual reputable hotel. Do not waste your time.
