Dirty room. No support from host or VRBO

I showed up to a dirty room with bad wifi and no water had to check out immediately. VRBO offered no support and I was stuck trying to find my own accommodation, paying more money, in a foreign country. VRBO only recommends calling the ghost to a foreign number in another country.still waiting for a refund.

Great week in Bogota

I wanted to say that I really appreciated the professionalism of the host. My original booking of the place had a problem and I was quickly contacted with several altenatives for a different property. The alternative was just as good if not better than the original. The neighborhood was beautiful, very peaceful quiet and safe. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping centers. The location could not have been more convenient for us. The property itself was very nice, clean the doormen were very friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and I would definitely like to book that place again. The management team and host went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming as possible and I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone
