Yes, the staff was courteous. The room was satisfactory. In the shower / bathtub, the water was still coming out of the bathtub spout when the shower water was running out of the shower head, reducing the water pressure coming out of the shower head. Also the facility is in need of an update. I noticed stains on the hallway carpeting in the corners, outside the hotel room doors. However, I still enjoyed my three night stay there. The room TV did have a good selection of TV programs to watch, which made me very happy, and which gives me an incentive to return again. Not all hotels/motels that I stay at have the programs available on their TVs that I like to watch.

Staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are pretty clean but are in need of severe updating. Ripped rugs, ripped wallpaper, sagging beds but comfortable. Breakfast could have more of a variety but overall good.

Room was clean enough, but had stains on the curtains, walls and sheets. The carpet was ripped and showed signs of age. Around 10 pm we were in bed and there was a party down the hall from us, people were yelling and laughing extremely loud. Above our room at the same time, children left unattended were running, jumping, stomping and screaming for almost an hour. It was hard to sleep, because security seemed non existent. People were running up and down or hall all night long and trying door handles to see if they could get in, including our door. When we were leaving in the morning there was glitter, and other party debris scattered in the halls and someone or something had defecated in the stairwell. We were very unhappy with our stay.

The emergency exit door was cracked open every time we came or went from room. We pulled it shut and someone was reopening it. This exit lead to and unlocked outside entrance. When walking our dog I saw a man going in. I asked him why he said “I stay here sometimes”. We felt very unsafe.

I will start with the only positive, the evening staff tries to be helpful. After that it gets bad. The first room the room card would not work. After a 2nd attempt with new key cards we were moved to another room. It was shabby, the bed awful and the only large chair for sitting broken. When we brought it to the morning staff attention we were disregarded and after the first night no one came in to replace towels and straighten bed. Below are some areas that we found troubling, we almost left after our event to avoid spending the night. We both went home sore, achy and sleep deprived.

Our hotel room was dirty, the hallway carpet was filthy with lots of stains, the bathroom was dirty, shower was cold. There was broken plaster hanging down outside the room window, and cracks in the plaster in room walls. Breakfast cereal was stale and no healthy choices.
