The second bedroom is perfect for kids, friends, or another couple. The master bedroom is home to a small piano for a romantic night or early morning tune to coffee.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules.
-No pets
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house
