The staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. But the best thing was the bed, which was so comfortable, along with those wonderful pillows. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub, and there was always plenty of hot water. The price was the best we could find for the accommodations we wanted. We would definitely stay there again.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You are close to the highway, airport and lots of things to do. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The hotel is located right next to the highway so there is quite a bit of road noise you will hear at night from your room.

All aspects of the hotel was fine. My only complaint is with the outside lighting. Lots of LED lights in the parking lot that are throwing zero light by the time it reaches the ground. The hotels next door have much better security lighting. While walking the grounds in front of the entrance I tripped over a pile of rebar. No reason for it to be there just a hazard. Again with poor lighting it was impossible to see the rebar.

The light was burnt out in our main hotel room lamp, and the room had a dingy quality. I also did not appreciate being charged the pet fee twice. The price of one should cover two. Half of my staff price was the non-refundable pet fee. Will not be staying here again.

I mistakenly left something in my room. I very much appreciated the kindness of calling me right away that morning. It allowed me to arrange my day so I could pick it up before leaving town that afternoon. Very thankful and I will look to stay again when next in the Boise area!

Check in was slow but friendly. The bed and pillows were nice. (Best of the 4 hotels we used this trip.) The breakfast was nice with a good verity. Good location and quite even though it is close to the freeway.

Plenty of parking, reception area was beautifully decorated. Quick service, wonderful, clean, quiet room. The hot breakfast was good. They ran out of waffle batter & cereal dispenser did not work well. Everything else was great and very clean.

Was a nice comfortable hotel however the fireplace in our room stopped working and maintenance never fixed it; room phone to front desk didn't work either. But nice large room and nice and clean. Oh, and on check-in was not given the right room #, and had to go twice for the front desk to realize the error to give us the proper room # key card. Thank goodness no one was in the wrong room we were directed to, or if there was they didn't come to the door! Overall would have been very happy other than those issues. It would have been nice to have the fireplace all four days we were there. Will probably try one of the other neighboring hotels on our next stay as there are a whole row of nice hotels next to this one.
