Everyone was nice, it was very clean, and the grounds have plenty of grass for the pup. It has a solid good breakfast and again the cleanliness was much appreciated. The bed was good, not too soft.

Property had claimed complimentary electric vehicle charging months ago when booking took place, but failed to have it. Bathtub shower was incredibly slippery. Breakfast opened late and there was no cheese of any kind. TV didn't have option for Netflix, YouTube or any apps. Weird note in room about lamp needing to be unplugged to get it to work.

We were in town for a banquet. The woman working at the front desk was very cheerful and nice and made us feel welcome. Breakfast the next morning was great. Staff was very attentive. Would stay there again. Should we need to come to the area in the future

This NO hands down was an amazing hotel and one of the BEST we have ever stayed in. The front desk was always friendly, the food court area went above and beyond to keep things top notch and their friendly crew was exceptional. We came for not so great reason and they made our stay so comfortable. Saying goodbye to a loved one is never easy and they were so accommodating to our needs.
