Quiet and good value

Quick and easy to check into. Quick service on late arrival. Quiet and comfortable after long travel day. Remodel is coming along. Normal construction stuff in hallways and lobby, but not an inconvenience

We'd stayed her because of the price and the high review—none of which turned out good. We paid for two rooms- but our special needs daughter balked at staying in her own room. The clerk at the desk said we could have a suite instead, with 3 beds and that Expedia could call and she'd reimburse us for the other room. Didn't happen. After we got back, we got an email saying no reimbursement possible. That was just the beginning of the pain of staying here. We picked this hotel also for its included breakfast. But there was none. This hotel is under huge construction- but it didn't say that on the website. You can't get in the front door- the entire lobby is a construction mess—I was told there would be "grab and go" breakfast in the morning- instead there was a sign saying "No breakfast today, and no coffee, sorry." Our room was subpar-with unfinished walls. The beds were not queen size, as it said when I booked- instead they were "Full" sized, impossible to sleep 2 adults. There were seedy looking men walking around outside the entire time, and the halls were full of construction. Avoid this place! It's not worth the price. Will never stay here again. Ugh!

The hotel is under construction, so the side entrances are unlocked. Thus, anyone can enter the hotel at any time, making staying unsafe. Also, the hotel is filthy and has a terrible odor.

We stay here often, it has gotten worse every time. This time we had no clue that the whole place is being reconstructed. We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before anybody checked us in. We had to walk outside, and around the building to get inside and then all the way to other side of building to get to room. And there was NO indication there would be no breakfast (the last two stays consisted of runny eggs and nothing more). Unless we are comped we won’t stay here again.

Not really worth the price tag

Hotel was nice enough, lots of construction going on in lobby and hallways. Breakfast was a complete waste of time, we were told it was different due to the renovations going on, but even the cooler that was supposed to have yogurt and milk in it was completely empty at 7am. Not really worth the price we paid to not have breakfast available! The rooms were clearly in need of upkeep (which they were actively working on) but it still was not worth the money ($115 for the night). Beds were comfotable enough, and the woman who helped us check in was very nice given the circumstances.

Remodel, beware.

The hotel is under remodel of the front desk and entrance. There was no time of completion posted. All guests had to exit the hotel via stairs to a side door which was not secured from unauthorized entry. My guess would be August of 2025 for completion. The complimentary continental breakfast consists of yogurt in a mini fridge. No coffee or tea in the makeshift front desk area. No coffee maker in the room as well. Nice staff, but a big fail for the managers. All in all, I've stayed in worse, so the overall score of 3 is for the clean room and nice front end staff.

At best a 1 star hotel

This hotel was hugely misrepresented. In no universe does it deserve a three star rating. They were doing renovations which doesn't excuse the unkempt state of the room. There was a paper towel stuffed in the cieling of the renovated bathroom, baseboards were missing, stains on the comforter and sheets, the bed was horriable. This hotel was not worth the price I paid.

The property was clean and was affordable. However, there were ongoing renovations in the lobby and continental breakfast area. We were unable to get our advertise continental breakfast due to the renovations. Our hotel room also had no hot water while showering. Luckily, we didnt spend much time in our room, just slept. The staff were very friendly though
