I enjoy the uniqueness of the Inn at 500. The staff in the years I have stayed have always been friendly and professional. The new restaurant Hemlock was a breath of fresh air and the staff at the bar were phenomenal. When you get out of your car, the Valet are the 1st people to greet you. They have a big impact on your 1st and repeat impressions of any hotel. And set the mood for the rest of the checking in process. I've always enjoyed the close proximity to downtown and to the park. It's a favorite hotel for me when I come to Boise.

We stayed at the 500 for my birthday. It was Amazing!!! Great service, Beautiful room. Everything from the valet parking to the complimentary glass of wine walking in the door really just made me feel like i was special. One thing to keep in mind the valet parking is a charge of 30 dollars for protected overnight parking. I really didn't pay attention to that checking in, but it was totally worth it.

Stayed here for a family wedding and the team provided above and beyond accommodations. A few things that we especially loved- super conveniently located to the airport, the complimentary waters, sodas and snacks were a nice touch. Would definitely come back and stay here in the future!

It was a beautiful hotel in a great location. I have 2 recommendations to make it even better. 1. Pleasr provide an alternative to coffee. Hot chocolate would have been great. 2. The cleaning staff should close the barn doors in the toilet area when they clean. They will see all the dirt/dust on the baseboards behind the door that way. As i said before, it was a beautiful place to stay and the staff, inside and outside, couldn't have been nicer or better. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Boise.
