They did not provide the airport shuttle. I called 3 times and finally after waiting outside in the cold for 45 minutes they told me that they weren't going to come to pick ck me up so I had to pay for a taxi. Then they put me in a room with an adjoining door that has no sound barrier and I woke up to a crying baby two times, a bunch of noise ,(not sure what it was) and an alarm going off for 5 minutes at 6 am. The only thing that I liked was the breakfast.

We arrived late and the night clerk was very kind and friendly. Gave us our room key and a gift bag. Went to the room to find it already occupied. Turned out the previous clerk had moved someone without adjusting things. A bit frustrating. General conditions were ok, but not great. Building and furniture are older and showing their age. Breakfast was ok.

Most of the lights had burned bulbs. The toilet was disgusting. The charger on the clock did not work. It was very noisy. Check in staff was marginal. Check out staff was great. Breakfast sucked. Probably will not be staying at this one again.

Staff is friendly. Check in was effortless. I used the online pre check-in. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was clean. There is automatically a 12pm check out making it perfect as my meeting wasn't until 1pm. On line check-out was easy.
