* Our home is professionally cleaned and pest-controlled. However, due to our location, you may occasionally notice outdoor insects or small wildlife (such as ants, spiders, flies, or squirrels).
* This is common in the area and not unusual for homes in similar environments. If anything concerns you during your stay, please let us know and we’ll gladly assist.

* Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

* There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.
5. Check-In & Check-Out
* We’re happy to consider early check-in or late check-out requests whenever possible. Because of cleaning schedules and incoming guests, these requests must be approved in advance and cannot be guaranteed.
* Unapproved late departures may result in additional fees.
6. Utilities & Services
* In the rare event of a local utility outage (Wi-Fi, power, or water), we will do everything we can to communicate updates and assist. However, these services are provided by third parties and are outside of our direct control.
7. Furnishings & Updates
* We regularly update and refresh our space. While photos accurately reflect the layout and style of the home, small décor or furniture changes may occur from time to time.
8. Guest Care & Responsibility
* We kindly ask that guests treat our home with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, in line with Airbnb policies.
