Brand new to the market in July 2025. This luxury townhouse is ideal for Micron executives or guests looking to be close to the greenbelt. The spacious kitchen accommodates several cooks, and the open floor plan is very relaxing and great for entertaining. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. This house was built in 2023 and I am the original owner. The backyard has a magical ambiance at night: relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the gas fire pit and lights.
