We stayed here and went to a concert at Ford Idaho Center - Conveniently located across the parking lot. Room was clean, staff friendly. There was a freak power outage in the area and staff still managed to have coffee available for guests in the morning.

Our day was great. We do like this place. We are wondering why there is no silverware or dishes? Other than that we love this place. The bed is comfortable. Place is clean. The water pressure water pressure is great. It is very roomy and nice to have a little kitchen. The competition better look out.

We had to change the date of our stay at the last minute. Hotels.com didn't help us at all. Nothing but robots that couldn't help us. But we called the hotel and they were very accommodating and helped us in ways that were very difficult for them, but they were fantastic the whole time and met our needs. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, but I would book directly through them and not through hotels.com
