This cute house was built in 1903. If these wall could talk. This is a great house in the middle of it all. Super close to BSU, Airport and Downtown. Are you catching a BSU Football game, you can walk to the stadium. Great little back yard and front deck. You will love having your morning coffee on the enclosed porch, there is even a desk if you have to get some work done, but we hope you won't have too.

A wonderful stay

Everything was perfect. Communication with the owner, the check-in process were great. The house is lovely and in a nice location. It had everything we needed for the long holiday weekend. Adorable Vacation Rental

This was such a cutely decorated cozy house. It was the best stocked vacation rental I've ever stayed in and I've been in many. The hostess was great and quick to respond to messages. Great location: close to Boise State, downtown, Boise Art Center, the Idaho Botanical Gardens....... Wherever we went only took 15 minutes or less from this rental. Will refer and stay again.

Great home!

We stayed for a week so I could help my daughter (a BSU student) recover from a tonsillectomy. We were so very comfortable! The location was perfect and the house had everything we needed. My son will be attending BSU next fall, and we hope to return!

Best in Boise

What a wonderful first time trip to Boise. And this little gem was the perfect place from which to venture to all the fun places we visited. The house was perfectly located close to downtown and BOise St yet far enough away that it was always quiet and peaceful. The house had everything and more in terms of amenities and was thoughtfully played out and decorated. Jaima was a gem to deal with and had great suggestions on what to do in our whirlwind 4 day stay. We will definitely be back and can't wait to stay here again. Thank you!

Cozy home

The home was just the right size for the 3 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked. A car port was a great addition and it’s close to all what the city has to offer. 45 minutes from our rafting adventure!

Excellent base in Boise

This is one of the best short-term rentals we have experienced over the last 15 years or so. The house is in great shape, has everything one could need, and the location is perfect for visiting a Boise State student. The trail network north of Boise is within 2-3 miles of the house, so just a ten minute or less drive, or 15 minute bike to get there.

Charming Home Close to BSU

Loved this cozy cottage. Perfect size for my mother and me visiting my daughter at Boise State. We were literally five minutes from her dorm (in nicer weather could easily walk to campus). Two bedrooms with comfy beds. Kitchen was well appointed (as my kiddo requested a special meal). Bathroom small, but very nice and functional. Charming enclosed porch and open backyard that I'd love to try upon return in the spring or summer.

Fun in Boise

If I was going to move to Boise, I would want a home just like this🏡Charming, tastefully decorated & comfortable! We felt right at home. Close to everything on a quiet street. On my next trip to Boise this will be the 1st home I will look to reserve!

Came into Boise for a campus tour. Jaima was super helpful about pointing out things to do and places to eat. The house was walking distance to the campus in a nice quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay in any of her places again.

Excellent and comfortable stay in Boise!!

This house was perfect for us. The most well stocked Bathroom & Kitchen in a rental I have seen. Cuter and bigger than the pictures. We were working remotely and exploring and had the space to do so. We came during a heat wave but the A/C worked great. WiFi was strong. Very central location, we got everywhere in 10-15 minutes. We walked to the Greenbelt every morning to walk along the river. Also very close to the University, so we walked around campus to explore a bit. The owners were easy to reach before and at check-in. Safe, clean, well maintained- highly recommend!
