Enjoy local attractions and play in our huge, fully – fenced back yard. Walk to Quinn`s Pond, visit Alchemist Coffee, or grab a drink at Clairvoyant Brewing. Enjoy ease of access with the home being minutes from Downtown Boise night life & the natural attractions of Hyde Park and the Boise Foothills!

NOTE: The garage is not accessible for vehicles. Parking cannot be accommodated.

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

Very neglected property. Bathroom fan screeches, refrigerator does not keep food at a safe temperature, fire alarms had been removed or batteries taken out, floors dirty, bad smell throughout house, ants crawling all over, washing machine broken, dishwasher in need of repair, living room rug and couch visibly stained. This is by far the worst place we have stayed.

This home was a huge disappointment and nothing like the pictures. Upon arrival we thought we had the wrong address. The grass was dead, trash cans out front and piles of mail in the mailbox. The inside of the home “looks” like the pictures but needs a deep deep clean. Rugs are dirty, and not sure we wanted to sit on the sofa, all the kitchen chairs are broken, you can’t sit at the table. The sheets are stained, the washer is so loud shakes inches during each session, the dryer needs 3 cycles to dry. The garage was full of rolled up used rugs and cobwebs, the backyard was disgusting, fence falling over, literally propped up with sticks and cinder blocks, dead grass. Nothing like pictures. We let management know right away and all they said was they are aware the chairs are broken and the grass is dead. A large wind storm knocked a giant tree limb down in the front yard, missed our car by inches. They never came to remove. I had to go buy cleaning supplies as there was no dish soap, sponges or dust pan. The location is easy access to freeway and downtown.

The property itself was nice. Just had a couple issues that were addressed quickly by the property managers. The first was insects in the house and the second was the cleanliness of the rug in the master bedroom. Location is great, the layout is nice for a family and in general it was an above average stay.

Fine place, solid 3.5 star.

Place was clean. The link for checking in did not work, which required several attempts to check in. Low quality furniture that is in need of replacement. Kitchen table was in poor shape, all chairs were cracked. Kitchen back splash coming off. Kitchen counter in need of TLC.

Very basic, nice home

It wouldn’t have taken much to make this a great home. Unfortunately it was renovated with very inexpensive materials and it is not wearing well. It was disappointing when we had no ice maker or ice trays since that is important to us. Also no dryer sheets. The outdoor furniture is filthy and not welcoming to use.

Weekend trip

Myself and my friends wanted to have a nice quiet weekend, and this property was the perfect place. A nice central location in a good neighborhood, and the property was clean and organized. Overall, it was a great experience!
