The shower/tub had no texture on the floor of the tub and no bar/rail to hang on to. With the soft water, it felt like you were trying to balance on slippery soapy water. I thought it was just me being over 60 but then my 30 year old daughter said the same thing unsolicited. This is a safety hazard. We both were just trying to have a basic shower and had to be nervous about slipping and falling.

Disappointed

The room was nice enough for the short stay but the bed and pillows were kind of uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was that when we got back to our room late at night there was a man banging on the door next to us yelling obscenities and threatening the people in the room through the door. This continued for several minutes then he moved to our door and did the same thing. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to figure out what was going on. We saw through the peep hole that the man had the wrong room and entered the one across from us. As the front desk lady came to the hall we opened the door and discussed what happened and told her we saw the guy go in the room across. They proceeded to do basically nothing. They knocked on the door, the man didn’t answer obviously, and that was it. They let a man who was threatening other guests and banging on doors stay at the property. We were very disappointed that the police were not called and nothing more was done. We did not feel safe while staying there because of that man but had no other option of places to stay due to money and not wanting to pay for another hotel to sleep for a few hours. We wish more would have been done in that situation. We do not feel it was right that they allowed a guest to stay at the hotel when they were threatening others. We didn’t call the cops because we thought they would have and at that point we just wanted to sleep. Something else should have been done.

Very nice

It was a lovely room, very clean. The ONLY complaints were that it would have been a nice touch to include lotion in the bath anemitities, and the bed was not comfortable for me. It was a firm spring mattress (i think), and for me personally, i was very uncomfortable. However, everyone needs something different when they sleep, so they can't please everyone.

Nice location

Nice hotel location near the airport.. Large rooms and full siz refrigerator and microwave. Only issue was keys deactivating mid stay. Annoying, but not a major problem. Front desk was apologetic fir the inconvenience of hauling stuff back downsrairs to get new key cards. Surrounding area is nice and only a 10 minute drive to downtown.

We were in town for business, but it was a nice quiet place. The rooms were clean. The smoking areas are bit yuck, but that's to be expected. I'm not a smoker, so I wish it was a little further from the doors.

This place was clean, conveniently located off the interstate. Applebee’s is just a walk across the street. The room was fine, just a little dated, but it works.
