Room was nothing like the photos we booked online. Spa bathroom wasn’t the same. TV remote barely worked. Worst part was the loud rattling noise from the bathroom that kept us up most of the night. Rattling noise came from what looked like a door into the attic. every time we flushed toilet or turned water on it wouldn’t stop. Spent alot of money on this room and was extremely disappointed.

The staff were extremely friendly. The complimentary breakfast was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. Only complaint was the noise/parking on Friday night. Our room happened to be close to an event space so there was a ton of noise Friday evening. The event attendees took up all the parking so we had to park all the way at Timbuktu and trek back to the hotel.

We've stayed at the hotel many times. Our only complaint is the TV pixilates and is difficult to watch. We're not in the room much, but in the evening when we come back it's nice to turn on the TV and watch some news or sports event. It's annoying that it pixilates constantly.
