The staff was very helpful and provided excellent suggestions. The room decor was good. The grand slam hikes on the wall was cool. Easy to walk to restaurants and conference. Nice being on Grove Street and off of the busier streets.

There was a long black hair in the coffee cup in room which we got replaced. The room was fine. Bed comfy. Shower mice. Lots of bars around there but didn’t hear them. Staff super nice and accommodating.

This is a recently renovated property, and it was done very well. The location was great, but noisy in the mornings. It was recommended to us by our daughter who had stayed there recently, and we were glad that she did.

We look forward to an overnight stay at The Sparrow and downtown Boise on our way home to Oregon after a week of mountain biking in Utah. We’ve stayed here three consecutive years and can’t think of a more enjoyable final stop on our vacation. Very friendly welcoming staff, great location for walking to dining and shopping and just a few blocks from the Greenbelt for a morning bike ride.

I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT… there are 5 large dumpsters behind the hotel. A little after 3am several were emptied by the garbage truck or recycling truck. It was incredibly loud and lasted about 10 minutes since they had to be willed out from where they’re at in order for the truck to pick them up. Two hours later, a little after 5 AM the rest of the dumpsters were cleared by another truck.

Lovely!

Genuinely one of the friendliest and cleanest hotels I've stayed at! The bed was very comfortable as well, my partner wants to figure out what brand of sheets were used to by them to use at home.
