I feel like the room is slightly a little tight, but it was clean. The staff were great, and very helpful. We love the common room, makes it really nice when you are traveling with others to give you a place to all visit together. Always enjoy this place!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We were allowed to checkin early when we arrived. During one day our room key didn’t work they gave us new keys immediately. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is great because we stay there when we come to Boise for soccer tournaments.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Temperature control was an issue as the hallway was very warm and at times uncomfortable. Once the room ac was adjusted it was much better. Recommend adding a comfort zone to the room requests so that guests don’t have to adjust for themselves.
