Hotel refuses to stock any creamers

I’ve stayed at this hotel a handful of times and really enjoyed it. However, on my last visit, two months ago, they were 100% out of all forms of coffee creamer (not even the cheap powdered options in the rooms). Not a big deal, stuff happens. I was told they just, “ran out.” Three days later, still no creamer. Two months later, still no creamer. Might be a small issue but any other hotel in Boise or Meridian would have it so I’ll book elsewhere next time. Don’t lie to your patrons about running out when you just refuse to restock it for reasons unknown. Don’t ghost your patrons when they ask about it. Let people make an informed choice about staying here.

Room was not as pictured on the website. Mattress was too soft for my preference. Sheets were rough, scratchy and I had an allergic reaction to them or the detergent used. It was quite, and we enjoyed the patio. I will stay again for the price and kitchenette. I will use my own bed sheets next time.

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was. However, there was some trash left over in our room. I am sure it was just an oversight. I contacted the manager via text and it was taken care of straight away. The staff here take great pride in customer service. I loved that it was like a home with a kitchen, fridge, and stove top. It was easy to park and come and go as we pleased. Only one of our nights was noisy, but in a hotel it is kinda expected I guess.
