The hotel was convenient, reception staff friendly and efficient. We were not offered any VIP benefit, but that's OK. The room was very well appointed and setup as a mini apartment. Location is right next to a busy road, so a great deal of road noise was expected and also heard. The biggest issue is the airconditioning. It's horribly noisy, has only a setting for low, high or auto fan and no matter what it was on, it sounded like a jumbo jet landing cutting on and off all night alternatively freezing and baking us. We could not open a window to have the thing just 'off'. If hotels paid attention to their heating/cooling systems, it would improve the stay a great deal. 'Constant fan' setting is something we will always be seeking next stay anywhere.

Clean and spacious. 2 things that were negatives. 1) pillows are horrible. 2) check in was 4 and I get there at 420pm and a sign is up that they stepped away. I went to the desk 3 times total and all three times the sign was up that they stepped away. I’d think that they should be at the desk more often or take the sign down if it doesn’t apply.

As a solo traveler I'm pretty fussy about security, accommodations and cleanliness. This hotel checked all my boxes. The room and bed were clean, fresh and comfy. The well-stocked kitchenette even had a full-size washer & dryer. 5-bar wifi. Friendly staff. Super convenient location just off Eagle Rd near the 84, close to absolutely everything, and surprisingly quiet. But what first attracted me was the unbelievably low room rate.

The room had a two burner stove top along with a microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. The room also had a washer and dryer in the suite. The suite was clean and as we stayed a full week, they came in once and cleaned the bathroom, changed linens. This place does not serve any type of food, but allows the guests to cook in their room. We will definitely put this on our list of places to stay in the future.
