Charming house 35 minutes from Disneyland Paris
Perfect house to meet with family or friends, summer and winter. Rest, calm and serenity guaranteed. Comfortable interior space, with main room of 30m2. Internet fiber. Located in the heart of nature, there is no shortage of walks and activities. The land of 3200m² is fenced with swing, slide, sandbox. Electric vehicle charging station available 300m walk away. 13 minutes from all amenities. 35 minutes from Disneyland.
Housing
Outbuilding of 50m² on a plot of 3200m². Comfort. Wifi & Fiber internet.
On the ground floor :
- 1 entry. 1 bathroom with toilet and Italian shower.
- 1 lounge area of 30m² with TV and double sofa bed / dining room / kitchen with window.
- 1 bedroom with a 90x200 single bed with window overlooking the garden
- 1 bedroom with double bed 140x200 with window overlooking the garden
The kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
The dining room can accommodate 6 people at the table.
The 1st floor is currently unavailable for renovation.
Board or outdoor games available on request.
Ideally equipped with a car, you have free parking spaces in the garden. Bus station 500m away, for morning and end of day trips. The house is located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris, in a peaceful hamlet 13 minutes from the first shops. Calm assured. Walk in the great outdoors.
By car: 1h15 from central Paris. By train: 15 min from La Ferté Sous Jouarre station. 22 minutes from Coulommiers station, 35 minutes from the TGV station and the Chessy/Marne-la-Vallée Disney RER.
This service includes the provision of the following amenities:

- 1 tablet to use the dishwasher
