Ferienhaus Boitzenburger Land
The holiday apartment, a separate half of an outbuilding, is located on a 5100 sqm holiday property in a quiet location on the edge of the village and forest. In the other half of the building there is another holiday apartment (DZV368). There are also three detached holiday homes on the property (DZV072, DZV070, DZV071). The large Warthesee lake with bathing beach and good fishing opportunities is only about 50 metres away. The large holiday flat is equipped with: Living area (upholstered furniture incl. sofa bed, TV, radio, sitting area, piano), sleeping area (double bed), kitchen area (fully equipped kitchenette with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, dining table, various kitchen appliances), bathroom with shower/WC, wood-burning stove (only heating option). At your disposal: furnished terrace, barbecue, bicycle storage room and car park. For hire: rowing boats (25 EUR/week). Final cleaning and water are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. To be paid on site: Energy according to consumptionA small dog up to a height of 45 cm is allowed in this property. Larger dogs or several dogs can be requested.
The village of Warthe, surrounded by several lakes, is located in a wooded landscape, approx. 16 km north of Templin and offers the best conditions for anglers, cyclists, hikers, mushroom pickers and nature holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. Shopping, bathing beach, fishing and hunting opportunities in the village. Forest and ecological tours by arrangement. Templin is the tourist centre of the Uckermark. This is certainly not only due to the beautiful wooded and lake-rich surroundings. There are open-air swimming pools, a beautiful natural thermal spa, boat hire, passenger boat trips and numerous restaurants and shopping facilities. Approximately 4 kilometres outside the town, the western town of Silverlake City opened in 2004 with various leisure attractions. Numerous events are organised, especially in the high season.
