The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Leave all the access devices and placards on the kitchen bar: - physical keys - the white access card - the remote for opening community gates - the parking placard for the Holden Beach house
Failure to return any of the access devices will result in a replacement charge of $50 for each item. Place used towels in provided laundry basket.
Lock the front door by pressing the lock button on the keypad. Do not lock the door knob. After you are back home, please go to the VRBO site and give us some feedback about your stay.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
