Holiday Home 'Le Secret D'hestia' with Shared Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The holiday home "Le Secret D'hestia" is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Ideally located in Bollène, it offers easy access to the Drôme Provençale, Gard, Ardèche, and Vaucluse regions.



The 80 m² house features a well-equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a living room with three sofa beds (two singles and one double), a bathroom, and an extra toilet. It is suitable for guests with reduced mobility and can accommodate up to eight people.



Enjoy the shared outdoor spaces with the owner, including a pool and a beautiful, fully enclosed Provençal garden. The pool is open from June 15 to September 15 and is reserved exclusively for guests from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Evening privatization is available upon request. The pool may open earlier depending on weather conditions.



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach/pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The rental offers a private outdoor area with an open-air terrace and a barbecue space.



A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Three parking spaces are available on site. Up to three pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. Homemade products are available for purchase, and there is storage for motorbikes and bicycles. Waste sorting instructions are provided. The house is equipped with water and energy-saving devices.

Pros: Des propriétaires au petits soins vis à vis de leurs hôtes. Aménagements PMR parfaitement pensés pour ce gite idéalement situé pour visiter les environs. (gorges de l'Ardèche et Provence). Le jardin type "villa romaine" en Toscane et la piscine sont enchanteurs. Le réseau Wifi via fibre est ultra performante pour gérer des sujets professionnels.
