Schönes Haus, aber Angeben nicht zutreffend

Schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Garten. Es bietet Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten für 6 Personen. Das Haus ist in einer schönen Landschaft ruhig gelegen. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10km entfernt. Allerdings solllten Interessenten folgendes beachten: Das Haus hat entgegen der Beschreibung nur 3 Schlafzimmer. Im grossen Gemeinschaftsraum (Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer) befindet sich ein Ausziehsofa für zwei Personen, das soll das 4. Schlafzimmer sein. Ein Pool gibt es auch nicht, bzw. der Vermieter war nicht bereit diesen aufzustellen. Beim Einchecken verlangt der Vermieter unvermittelt 500€ Kaution - Die hatte er auch gleich wegen eines defekten Bettes einbehalten. Das Bett war schon vorher wackelig, ein Kompromiss mit dem Vermieter war leider nicht möglich. Also das Haus beim Bezug gründlich checken und jeden Mangel sofort melden, sonst ist die Kaution weg.
