It is located on the second floor ( no elevator) of a typical and quiet palazina in the historic center of Bologna and consists of a large living/dining room with open kitchen, large family room with two double beds and bathroom with shower.



The apartment is equipped with autonomous air conditioning and heating system, bathroom with shower, Smart Tv Samsung flat screen 55 " ( inches ), kitchen equipped with basic appliances to be able to organize in the preparation of meals ( sink, oven, micoonde oven, kettle, moka and automatic Nespresso machine with pods, toaster, refrigerator with freezer cell), Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron, ironing board and drying rack, hair dryer.
