Modern apartment in a residential area, a few steps away from the central train station of Bologna.



The apartment, located on the third floor reachable on foot, opens onto a hallway which gives access to the rooms. The bright living area features a comfortable sofa, a dining table, a TV, in addition to a small balcony and an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, an espresso coffee machine and a microwave. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, the first one fitted with a queen-size bed, while the second one is furnished with two single beds. No coffee machine

Unfortunately the coffee machine and iron were missing. And we weren’t told about a wall switch that turns on dishwasher, cooktop and extractor fan. The shower has black mold. Dirty floors and the sofa smells of stinky feet. Space was fine, wifi and air conditioning worked, beds were fine but pillows could be more comfortable. We did inform “wonderful Italy” property company the first day but only got iron and wall switch resolved night before our checkout. So we weren’t able to cook or even use the Nespresso pods. Overall if all VRBO’s are like this I would recommend a hotel.

Good two bedroom but stingy management.

Apartment itself was great and in a good location in Bologna. Full kitchen, two beds and one bathroom (shower is very small so be aware before booking). My only complaint is the management is stingy they put a child lock on the air conditioning and would not allow us to get under 24°C (75° fahrenheit which is not cold especially when it is 100°F in Bologna). When I asked multiple times to unlock it given the crazy heat during our stay they straight up ignored me. Also they give you just one toilet paper roll for an apartment that fits four… for the price I would expect more.
