Excellent location, but not quite as described

The location of this apartment is terrific, right in the middle of Bologna and near lots of restaurants. The apartment itself is fine, with super high ceilings and a well-equipped kitchen, but it's rather dark and all of the beds are in the same space, with thin portable dividers between the two downstairs and the third up in a loft, so there's not much privacy. There is also no living room area, since the beds are in what would otherwise be a living room. There was some miscommunication about getting our check-in info (which was apparently texted to my US cell phone number which I wasn't using while in Europe) and there was no free nearby parking as stated in the listing, so we had to park at the train station, which wasn't far away but cost 20 Euros per 24 hours.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, gut ausgestattet, sicher, unkompliziert und der Vermieter hat alle Fragen schnell beantwortet. Leider handelt es sich aber nicht um ein Apartement mit zwei Zimmern wie angebeben, sondern um einen grossen Raum, der durch eine Empore unterteilt ist. Die Wohnung war stellenweise nicht wirklich sauber. Während unseres Aufenthalts viel das warme Wasser aus, was an einem Sonntag tatsächlich schwierig zu beheben ist. Der Vermieter bot allerdings zuerst an selber vorbei zu schauen, was dann aber ohne weitere Erklärung nicht passiert ist.
