The staircase leads to the heart of the house: a large living area with open kitchen, sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is well stocked and complete with appliances. The living room overlooks a small slotted terrace where 4 people can comfortably have lunch. On the same floor there is the second bathroom: large and equipped with a comfortable shower with a worktop. Going up, the staircase leads to a studio, also used as a second bedroom that overlooks the underlying living room. Very bright thanks to the skylights that illuminate it
