Decent hotel a bit far from the beaten track in Bologna - a bit dated and a little noisy with people coming and goiing. A few decent restaurants close to the hotel, but mostly pizza places so if you are looking for more authentic experiences, you are not quite in the right place.

Hotel Astor was great - clean and modern! Our room had a large jacuzzi bathtub. It’s in more of a residential area and about a 12 min walk to the terminal. It was not close to the city centre but there is a bus that takes you right there, or about 30-40 min walk.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel Astor. The rooms were clean and we had cleaning service every day. The location is in a walkable distance from the central train station and the city centre. We are really thankful that they let us leave some luggage in the hotel for 2 days free of charge since we came back for another night.
