I expected to have booked a hotel. Without an Italian SIM card it was impossible to communicate. The instructions to find the key lockbox were very strange. Without the help of a local resident it would have been impossible to gain access. We wasted hours of valuable vacation time. It was very stressful until we finally were able to enter.
