Cute apartment in a great location

We loved the apartment, the area is beautiful and it’s only a short walk into the city center. Quite pricey as the tourist tax is not included, but I guess that’s normal.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ich finde es aber - weil noch ReinigungsgebĂŒren gezahlt werden mĂŒssen - ziemlich teuer. Bologna ist nichts fĂŒr Normalverdiener.

Very nice place

We spent 4 days in Bologna (and Ravenna), and we really enjoyed both the city and Andrea's flat.It is nice, well equipped and ideally situated (beautiful and quiet neighbourhood) to visit everything.

It was very easy and friendly the way we communicated with our host. Checkin was also easy-going and completely done online. The apartment is really comfortable, offers a view over the old town from the roof top. The roof offers no shadow but is great for a morning coffee or intense sunbathing. Everything is in walking distance. Really nice to stay in a quiet neighbourhood, but being so close to virtually all sights of the city.

Lomalla Bolognassa

Olimme lomalla 8 yötĂ€ Bolognassa. Andrea oli upea isĂ€ntĂ€, ystĂ€vĂ€llinen ja auttavainen. Talo oli juuri sellainen kuin oli luvattu, jopa parempi kuin kuvissa. SisĂ€ltĂ€ uusittu, kaikki toimii ja on puhdasta. Ilmastointi on hyvĂ€ ja kaikki laitteet toimii, pesukone uusi. Talon sijainti on loistava. Hiljainen kaunis ympĂ€ristö vihreĂ€llĂ€ alueella ja lyhyt kĂ€vely Piazza Maggiore noin 15minuuttia. Kauppaan noin 500 metriĂ€. Saavuimme kentokentĂ€ltĂ€ rautatieasemalle junalla [12€ x2] ja kĂ€velimme asunnolle alle 3 km. Kun lĂ€hdimme pois, Andrea tilasi talsin ja se maksoi lentokentĂ€lle 25e. Alue sopii hyvin lenkkeilyyn, juoksimme joka pĂ€ivĂ€ ja maastot olivat kauniita ja mĂ€kinen. Tasaista oli lĂ€hellĂ€ isossa puistossa, jossa myös koripalloa ja tennistĂ€. Lomamme aikana kaupungissa oli Tour de France, se oli mahtava. LisĂ€ksi katsoimme Euroopan mestaruus jalkapalloa Irlantilaisessa pubissa. Loma oli loistava. Voin suositella taloa pariskunnalle joka haluaa rauhaa ja edullista majoitusta. SĂ€nky oli todella hyvĂ€ sekĂ€ pyyhkeet ja liinavaatteet. Kiitoksia paljon.

Un moment inoubliable

Ça Ă©tĂ© trĂšs difficile de quitter la petite maison tant notre sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© incroyable. ProcĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e trĂšs facile. L’appartement dispose d’absolument tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Le matelas est aussi INCROYABLE. Nous avons tellement bien dormi. Le quartier est extrĂȘmement calme et nous Ă©tions heureux le soir de quitter l’effervescence du centre pour rentrer sur notre petite colline de verdure dans le quartier chic de Bologne. Se faire un petit cafĂ© et aller admirer la ville sur le toit terrasse Ă©tait aussi un beau moment le matin. Nous avons dĂ©jĂ  hĂąte d’y revenir. Merci Andrea pour votre disponibilitĂ© et votre gentillesse.

Very nice place

The place is good and clean, it has everything you need (stuff to cook, washing machine...). The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant, a few minutes from the city center, yet not too far to get there walking.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Beschreibung des Objektes mit ĂŒberdachten Parkplatz auf dem GrundstĂŒck ist falsch, die Unannehmlichkeit wurde aber sehr entgegenkommend gelöst. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder die Unterkunft wĂ€hlen.
