Cozy and modern apartment of about 55 sqm on the first floor (without lift) of a nice building located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of the city: close to Sant\'Orsola Hospital and the old town.



Guests have full use of the kitchen, sheets and towels provided. Upon arrival our staff will be at the apartment to explain the operation of the equipment and deliver the keys. During your stay, we will be at your disposal for any event.



The apartment was partially renovated in July 2017, paying close attention to the choice of materials and finishes, all of which are of the highest standard. The air conditioning is supplied with a portable unit, the heating is autonomous, while the white ceramic candle coatings have been chosen for the floors, which exalt the clean design of the apartment.



The entrance is spacious and decorated by a pleasant modern artwork, overlooking the idyllic living area, lit by a large window that gives access to the first of the two balconies. The living room furniture includes a large and comfortable sofa bed for 3 people (transformable into a 140 x 200 cm double bed), an elegant square table (accommodating up to 4 people) and a modern TV console 32\" flat screen. The kitchenette is located in a separate environment, so as to avoid the spread of food smells in other environments; it is modern and functional and has all the comforts, including electric oven and large fridge column.



The bedroom is full of character, thanks to the double bed featuring a pleasant leather padding and clean, modern design. This environment is quite large enough that, in addition to a large 4-door wardrobe, comfortably seats a large chest of drawers and a pretty design chair. The bedroom also has a balcony and a large window that gives brightness to the environment.



Finally, there is a bathroom with a comfortable bath (with hand shower), an intimate and relaxing space, finished with precious ceramics that resemble the light tones used in the rest of the house.



Area:

The apartment is in a strategic position because it is close to the historic center (within walking distance), at Sant\'Orsola Hospital, at the exit for the ring road and at the Fiera di Bologna. The area is also served from the point of view of shops: less than 100 m. away there is one shopping mall. Along the road Emilia, to the center, there are several restaurants (sushi, pizzerias, taverns), bars and pubs.



Public transportation:

On Via Mazzini you can take the buses that go directly to the historic center, the exhibition center, or the station.



Parking:

The apartment is located outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and has an uncovered car park in the building’s courtyard - available on request (small extra fee).



Along Via Leandro Alberti you may park on the places indicated with blue stripes, free of charge on Sundays and every night from 20:00 to 8:00; and upon payment (red parking meter) during the day.



Pets:

Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
