Elegant one bedroom apartment for rent in Bologna, located on the second floor of a period building (with elevator and porter) in one of the most sought-after and central areas of the city, at just two minutes by foot from Piazza Maggiore.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.

This 40 sqm apartment was renovated in November 2021 and is fitted with air conditioning, independent heating, parquet flooring in the day and sleeping area and marble flooring in the bathroom and it is decorated with pieces of furniture by one of the most famous Italian designers.

You can watch the 32" flat screen TV and relax on the comfortable double sofa bed (140 x 190 cm), or from the crystal table surrounded by its elegant chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, dishwasher and induction plates: it is accessed via a double door in wood and glass, and is separated from the bedroom by a second door identical to the first. The minimal style leather console keeps the cooking tools.

The bedroom includes a double bed, a large picture right above the bed and two unprocessed wooden closets manufactured in Finland. The en-suite bathroom, completely covered in yellow marble, is fitted with a comfortable shower cabin.

Next to the apartment entrance there is a separated laundry room.

This exclusive accommodation allows its guests to experience the city from a privileged point if view, immersed in the heart of the historical center, at a stone’s throw from Piazza Maggiore and within a period building with fresco-ed inner courtyards.

Important: guests are required to pay a tourist tax not included in the price (€ 4,60 per adult, per night. It is applied only on the first 5 nights).

Area:
The apartment is located in the refined Via D'Azeglio, just 5 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore and immersed in the privacy and elegance of one of the most exclusive areas of Bologna. In the vicinity there are a lot of churches and monuments, such as the popular Collegio di Spagna, dating back to 1300, and the historical neighborhood of Porta Saragozza, with its typical restaurants and bars.
At about 100 m. is the well-known Via Farini, the most exclusive shopping street of Bologna, rich in boutiques and shops.
Even though the apartment is found in Bologna city center, the apartment is located closet o a small supermarket, to a lovely food store and to a lot of useful shops (pharmacies, newsagent’s and much more).

Public transportation:
Various bus lines stop in Via Farini and lead to many areas of Bologna.

Parking:
The apartment is within the restricted traffic area (ZTL) and an access-ticket is required. Our suggestion is to park just outside the restricted area, in Ex-Staveco parking (Viale Panzacchi 10), which is only 5 minutes away from the property.

Pets:
Pets are allowed (€ 20+VAT per night, limited to the first 5 nights).
