Bright and modern one bedroom apartment of about 65 sqm, located on the fifth floor - with lift - of an elegant building a stone\'s throw from Piazza Maggiore, the Mercato delle Erbe and the most interesting monuments of the historic center of Bologna.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen and are provided with bed linens and towels. Upon arrival, our staff will be waiting at the apartment to explain how everything works and to hand over the keys. During your stay, our staff is available to address any requests or concerns.
The apartment was completely renovated in the furnishings in May 2019, paying the utmost attention to the choice of materials and finishes. An elegant parquet covers the floors of all the rooms. Air conditioning is available with a portable air system. Although it is located in Via Marconi, a fundamental route of public transport in Bologna, the apartment guarantees maximum tranquility for guests, thanks to the fact that it is located on a high floor, as well as having the bedroom overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The absence of architectural barriers guarantees maximum accessibility to guests.
The property is characterized by warm and atmospheric furnishings, ideal for relaxing and feeling at home after returning from a tiring day. As soon as you enter, you will see the large living room, which overlooks the balcony through a French window, with a panoramic view that extends beyond the red roofs of the city to get a glimpse of the verdant Bolognese hills. The living area includes a sofa, two single pouf beds, the wooden dining table, a beautiful hand-painted sideboard and the TV cabinet where the Smart TV of 40” is placed, as well as the cute Bluetooth speaker by Marshall.
The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully equipped, it includes an electric stove, toaster, microwave, Nespresso and fridge.
The bedroom has an access to the veranda, where the laundry area is located. It is furnished with a romantic double bed (140 x 200 cm) in wrought iron and a chest of drawers. Ample space for storage is provided in the anteroom, where there is a walk-in closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a large crystal shower cabin: it is a comfortable and relaxing environment, characterized by the soft tones of the decorative ceramics.

It is a property set in a magnificent position, a few steps from the heart of the historic center of Bologna. It is optimal to allow guests to explore the city on foot and to reach the Fair directly by public transport. With a short walk it is possible to reach all the most interesting monuments of the center, as well as the buildings that host the numerous art exhibitions or the most renowned restaurants.

The apartment is located in Via Marconi, 5 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore and Asinelli Tower area, the beating heart of Bologna, famous for the crowded alleys of the quadrilateral, where you can taste local delicacies, and for the elegant shopping streets, which wind between Via Farini, Piazza Santo Stefano and the Galleria Cavour.
In the immediate vicinity there is the park XI Settembre and the one of Cavaticcio, where the organic market of the land takes place on Saturdays and during the summer a rich calendar of gastronomic and musical events is scheduled.
A stone\'s throw from the apartment are the Cineteca of Bologna and the Museum of modern art (MamBo). Some of the most interesting restaurants in the city are within walking distance: among these we cannot fail to mention the Arcimboldo, È Cucina Leopardi and the Tartufo Restaurant.
