Nice large accommodation

Nice accommodation and stayed in the ski off season for just a stop over. Accommodation spacious and adequate with a large self catering type chalet room. Location quite remote from shops so take as much consumables with you as you can as the shop was about a 25 min return drive but lovely stunning scenery on the drive.

Total let down

Simply awful, a tired sad hotel in declining condition. Staff disappear at night leaving you a code for a faulty door !!! Walls are paper thin you can hear everything around you. You pay extra for sheets and towels and have to make your own bed. There is nothing to see or do in the village, couldn't find a cafe or a shop. Take my advice go somewhere else, we found the next village had more to offer, restraunts, hotels and shops. We think they must be posting there own reviews.

Terrible accomodation, lovely pool/jacuzzi

Booked a room with 1 double + sofabed for 3 adults. Got 2 single beds on a mezzanine area + sofa bed. Dishwasher missing, no tea/coffee maker, no toaster. Hairdryer/shaver missing just wires stuck in a hole in the wall. Shower head broken. . Asked to be moved to a better one. Only option available was another identical apartment with a broken sofa bed and broken toilet seat. No kettle so had to boil water in a saucepan. Floor could have been cleaner. Eventually given both rooms to use as nothing else available apparently. Not ideal but an acceptable compromise I suppose. Not impressed with standard of accommodation. Did they think we wouldn't notice? Had stayed here last year in larger apartment (5 adults) which was very good. Seems to have gone downhill.

Excellent accommodation. Apartment was very spacious with everything you needed. Beds comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a days skiing.Free bus to ski resort right outside the apartments. Perfect.

We stayed for a short ski break with adults and children. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were lovely. Good spa facilities too! We would visit for longer next time.

La résidence est un peu vétuste. L’appartement était très poussiéreux. Pas de 2ème clef possible à obtenir ( à priori pas pour tous les appartements). Pareil pour l’espace piscine, un grand rafraîchissement serait nécessaire ! Loin d’un 3etoiles.

3 étoiles ? Sérieusement une plaisanterie...

L'établissement est facilement accessible, l'accueil se fait sans visite des chambres, il est ouvert par alternance et fermé la nuit (n'oubliez pas votre code). La literie est ferme, très ferme et les nuits courtes. La terrasse extérieure est délabré (voir photos) et sale, un coup de balais pour enlever les mégots ne serait pas inutile. Le parquet est usé sans entretien, sale. Quelques photos parlent d'elles-même. Le radiateur de la salle de bain marche en continu, la commande étant cassée, le réfrigérateur (propre) surgèle dès la position 6. J'ai laissé un pull, accroché avec le clou du porte manteau, l'éclairage type néon est horrible ect... Bref établissement très mal tenu ! Il faut penser à faire un autre métier. Je passe environ 60 nuits par an à l'hôtel et je le classerait difficilement en 1 étoile. Il suffirait juste d'embaucher des professionnels pour remettre tout ça à son juste niveau.

Appartement décevant

Le crépis qui s'effrite, les toilettes qui fuient bruyamment, le sèche serviette est dégueulasse la baignoire est tachée, l'évier n'est pas propre (miettes de pain et autres dechets en décomposition, une bouteille de bière entamée sur le balcon, plus de barre de douche, le parquet toilettes est déboité avec crasse entre les lames, une seule prise dans la chambre double : pas de seconde lampe de chevet. Isolation phonique décevante: in a entendu les conversations des voisins sur leur balcon jusqu'à 3h du matin. Le chauffage était à fond et la température bien trop élevée à l'arrivée et pour la première nuit. Les meubles sont usés, le vernis s'écaille. Le spa est trop froid pour y rester. L'accueil étant fermé la plupart du temps il manque un plan où des indications pour trouver une chambre par son numéro.

Personne a la réception a notre arrivée, apparemment les horaires ont changé ?? Piscine et jacuzzi froid, inutilisables. Chambre pas très propre, chauffage qui ne marche pas, lumière qui ne marchent pas. Manque d'ustensiles cuisine.
