Insgesamt nicht schlecht, aber der Schrank im Schlafzimmer muß ausgetauscht werden, denn die Schiebetüren lassen sich nur schwer verschieben. Betten voll ok. Die Dusche gibt warm und kalt im Wechsel ab. Ablegemöglichkeit im Bad viel zu wenig. Der Toaster in der Küche sollte erneuert werden. Der Tisch auf der Terrasse wackelt. Bei dem Steinbelag kein Wunder. Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder auch viel zu wenig. Parkplätze für jetztige PKW sehr eng.
