Die Mitarbeiter der nordic GmbH sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben, wo möglich, nachgebessert (Schimmel in der Duschkabine).Ein Großteil der Ausstattung des Apartments ist beschädigt und sollte dringend erneuert werden. Das Bett hat auch die besten Tage hinter sich und ist fürchterlich unbequem. Der TV Empfang mit 19 Kanälen (10 davon mit viel Schnee) ist nicht zeitgemäß. DieStereoanlage ist ein UKW-Radio. Unabhängig der Mängel ist Boltenhagen ein toller Ort zur Entspannung und Erholung. Wir werden wieder kommen, wenn auch nicht in diesen Appartement.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist bestens. Man genießt einen schönen Ausblick. Die Ausstattung ist für die Größe der Wohnung in Ordnung, allerdings wäre mir der Platz für 4 Personen etwas knapp. Auch die kleine Küchenzeile recht für zwei, da es kaum Arbeitsfläche gibt. Man ist ja aber viel draußen und unterwegs, da kann man sich damit gut arrangieren.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fernseher empfängt weniger als 25 verschiedene Programme. Das wäre vor 30 Jahren hervorragend gewesen. Sonst ist die Wonung gut ausgestattet. Leider kein Heißluftbackofen. Balkon mit Meerblick, auf dem man morgens bis 8.00 und abends ab 18.00 Uhr Sonne hat. Im Sommer sehr angenehm. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder ist sehr begrenzt. Der Fahrradkeller ist mit 8 Fahrrädern schon fast überfüllt. Wenn man bedenkt, das dort Fahrräder aus ca. 50 Wohnungen stehen sollten....... Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt für diese Wohnung.

Schöne Wohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick, den Sonnenaufgang über der Ostsee kann man hervorragend auf dem Balkon genießen. Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Einzig das Bett fanden wir sehr unbequem. Sonst alles super.
