Die individuell eingerichteten Zimmer mit wunderbaren Kunstwerken… Ne Augenweide, grad bei der Vogelweide. Schönes Hotel.

Hotel direkt bei der Piazza Walther. Schöne und romantische Bar auf dem Dach. Sehr guter Service der Hotelreception-Mitarbeiter. z.B. Tips für Restaurant, Ausflüge, Reservieren von Restaurants etc.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar gelegen. Die Zimmer sind toll und ruhig, der Service fantastisch und das Frühstück wirklich einfach genial. Wir gehen wieder in das Hotel Greif, absolut zu empfehlen

Design, Zustand und Komfort des Hotels einwandfrei. Ebenso die freundliche Begrüssung an der Rezeption. Damit hat es sich leider aber auch schon! Das Badezimmer wurde nicht gründlich oder gar nicht gereinigt und war sehr unappetitlich (Spuren von Exkrementen auf dem WC-Ring, Haare der Vorgängerin in der Badewanne). Ferner ging unser Gepäck auf dem Weg ins Zimmer verloren, fand sich dann zum Glück aber schnell wieder an. Fazit, für ein 4-Sterne Hotel zu diesem Preis war es enttäuschend. Das Badezimmer nicht richtig gereinigt werden, darf bei diesem Standard nicht vorkommen. Ich würde das Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.

Sehr geehrter Gast, es tut mir sehr leid, dass Sie ein schlechte Erfahrung im Hotel Greif machen mussten. Für ein unsauberes Bad gibt es auch keine Entschuldigung. Hygiene ist ein absolutes Muss und wird auch bei uns groß geschrieben. Nur schade, dass Sie sich nicht direkt vor Ort beschwerten, denn wir hätten ihnen nämlich sofort das Zimmer gewechselt und die entsprechenden Maßnahmen einleiten können. Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie mir noch mitteilen könnten, wann und in welchem Zimmer Sie gewohnt haben. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Monika Hellrigl - Hotel Manager

Sehr hübsches Hotel direkt am Walther Platz

Wunserschönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen. Perfekt für Bummeln in der Stadt.
