I had to pay local taxes, and a dog fee. He didn't have a change, and told me he was going to wire me $15. Never did despite numerous text messages. He was also supposed to bring clean sheets, and he never did either. Location is perfect.

Great location but a musty moldy smell was intolerable

The apartment is located close to the beach, restaurants, train station etc and very convenient. But the apartment was musty and damp when we entered. Gabriele told us it is temporary after the storm. We left the windows open and used a fan. But the moldy smell and dampness never went away while we were there for three days.
