Located just an hour north of the DFW Metroplex, this is a perfect retreat for family gatherings, small group getaways and making memories. Facing eastward, the sunrises are beautiful and the evening shade and views are perfectly relaxing. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home sleeps up to 10 people. The master is located upstairs and has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds, both of which have a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed up top.

This home is located directly on Lake Bonham, a 1000 acre lake. Whether you're looking to relax and enjoy wildlife such as migrating birds or looking to enjoy fishing and water sports, this is the place for you. There is a large deck on the back of the house with options to dine outdoors and a large yard for cornhole or other games. Inside, we have air hockey, many board games for all ages and jigsaw puzzles as well.

Please note, if your intent is to have a loud party (after prom/spring break, etc), this property is not for you and we kindly ask you to book elsewhere. Please do not rent on behalf of high schoolers or college kids. This home is located on a quiet street and we want guests that will treat the home as if it were their own.
