Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

HOA Application must be submitted and approved by HOA Board, $100 per person fee paid directly to HOA. Landlord will supply all HOA forms.
No overnight parking on street and other HOA rules will be supplied by Landlord and tenant must abide by all Lighthouse Bay 5 Condo Association rules.
